Bill is the co-founder and CEO of Benchmark Leadership Group and a highly accomplished executive with over three decades of expertise in contracts, procurement, supply chain, strategic development, and risk management. Author of “Waypoints: Navigating Life’s Journey with Humor, Heart, and a little Help”, he has his Masters Degree in Business Administration. and professional certifications in Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Procurement, Contracts, Project Management, Strategic Development, Waypoints Coaching, and Lean (Six Sigma). His career spans pivotal roles with high-profile clients, including the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. National Archives, Northrop, ACE Defense, Dragoon ITCN, Gentex, Textron, Smiths Detection, Holmatro, CACI, and others. 

 Bill has provided critical leadership and strategic guidance to both government agencies and publicly traded companies, often serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting executives in achieving their organizational goals. He has worked his way up the Leadership ladder from entry level to C-Suite executive and now advises organizations in reaching their strategic goals. He likes to see a company’s “Big Picture” goals and then help drill down to the individual steps to achieve those goals. Bill has been a guest speaker, and facilitator, at several organizations including the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA), Delaware Defense Alliance Roundtable (DDAR), Program Executive Office (PEO) – Soldier, Program Manager – Soldier Lethality, and the European Aerospace and Defense Symposium (EADS).

Daniel is the co-founder and COO of Benchmark Leadership Group. He brings a wealth of value to clients through his depth of knowledge and relevant experience. He is a graduate of West Point, received a Master’s Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, and holds numerous industry and coaching certifications including Certified Executive Coach, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Communication Impact Coach, Power & Influence Coach, Strategic Planning & Executive Coach, Time & Productivity Leadership Coach, and Full Focus Pro. Daniel has worked with many high profile clients including the U.S. Army, Booze Allen Hamilton (BAH), DCS Corporation, and Bravura. 

Daniel’s areas of expertise are individual coaching, behavioral assessment, and team training. Special areas of focus include leaders working through transitions, burnout, and personal-professional alignment. Daniel is a huge advocate for the Full Focus Double Win: Win at Work and Succeed at Life.
